Information we collect

We may process account and contact details, test comments, poll and calculator usage, security logs, device/browser information and consent choices. Features involving photographs are governed by the specific notice shown on that page.

Social sign-in information

When you sign in with Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or X, we may receive limited account information permitted by the provider, such as a user identifier, name, email address and profile image URL. We use this information to create the membership, securely associate it with an existing account and sign you in.

How we use it

We use information to operate and secure the service, respond to requests, measure performance and display advertising according to your choices. We do not sell personal information. Google Analytics, Google AdSense, MGID, hosting, security and CMP providers may process data under their own policies.

Advertising and Google

Google and advertising partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve personalised or contextual advertising. In applicable regions choices are collected through a Google-certified CMP. Learn how Google handles data at Google Business Data Responsibility.

Your choices, data deletion and security

When the CMP appears, you can consent, refuse or manage options and later reopen choices using the “Privacy and cookie settings” link supplied by Google. To remove social sign-in and membership data, follow the steps on the User Data Deletion page. We apply reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

Children and changes

The service is not intended to knowingly collect personal data from children. Contact us if you believe a child’s data was submitted without authority. Changes are published here with an updated date.

Budget plans and optional services

Calculator inputs are sent to the server to produce a result. Only budget plans you choose to save are stored in your account. Plan name, creation time and account association are retained; income, expenses, goals and currency are encrypted in storage. You can delete plans under My budget plans. Deleting your account also deletes associated plans. Backup retention depends on the hosting and backup arrangements.

The default budget report uses mathematical rules. If an external AI service is enabled, your budget summary, currency and language are sent only after your separate consent and request. Name, email and account ID are not included in that request. Provider and processing information must be disclosed here before that service is used. No external service connection is configured in this version.

Email newsletter

We store your email, language, subscription status, request and confirmation dates. Campaign messages require email confirmation. Account registration is not newsletter consent. Every message includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribed addresses remain inactive to prevent further sending; contact support for permanent deletion. Hosting email services process delivery. Temporary hashes of IP and email limit repeated requests.

Error reports, suggestions and complaints

We store the related page name, URL, language, report type, message and optional email for support. Calculator inputs and files are not attached automatically. A temporary IP hash limits repeated requests. Only authorised administrators can view reports; deletion requests can be sent through our contact channel.
