Inputs are sent to the server for calculation; only budget plans you choose to save are stored in your account.
Calculation method
Essential and flexible spending are subtracted from income. A positive surplus divides the remaining savings target, rounded up to whole months.
Surplus = income − housing − food − transport − debt − flexible; months = ceil(max(0,goal−savings)/surplus)Assumptions and limits
Income and spending are assumed constant. Three months of reserves is an example threshold. The report uses rules, not AI.
